Abstract :
TELL-IT is an European Community project supported by the Leonardo Da Vinci II programme whose main objective is to develop a multimedia, flexible and continuing training program for on-the-job training for disabled people in order to be employed in the service provision sector and, more specifically, in helpdesk operations.
