            Abstract : 
An operational amplifier BiCMOS design technique is implemented to improve overall CMOS characteristics. An analysis is performed of the architecture operational amplifier for 1-μm BiCMOS technology. A comparison between a CMOS and BiCMOS operational amplifier is performed and verified by the circuit-level simulator SPIC. It is shown that in order to improve BiCMOS operational amplifier deficiencies better design techniques and a more complex operational amplifier architecture could be used
