This article proposes to determine the distribution routes using a single total working time required to measure the workload of a single distribution route by solving the practical logistics and distribution process problems of Inner Mongolia Baotou Tobacco Company. Based on the measured data, this paper can determine the specific impact factors of the total working time of a single distribution route, measure the impact of the factors on the required time of the distribution process, analysis the statistical characteristics of the distribution working hours, and establish the formula to express the workload size of a single distribution route.
