The evaluation model for circular economy within industrial cluster based on BP artificial neural networks

The paper designed evaluation index system based on analyzing the relation between the industrial cluster and circular economy, and according to that established the BP artificial neural networks evaluation model. Finally it carried on the simulation calculating to the Shanxi Province YanLiang´s development level of circular economy in aviation industrial cluster. And it pointed out the superiority and deficiency of this local developing circulation economy. The paper had certain theory and the practice significance to utilize the quantification method evaluating the development level of circular economy within in industrial cluster.
