This paper briefly discusses the concept, the origin and development of innovation theory. Then the relationship between High-tech industrial park´s technical innovation and the change of regional economical growth mode is discussed from four aspects. These four aspects are: changes in regional production, efficient use of regional resources, regional industrial growth, and promotion of regional international trade position. Finally, this paper indicates the mechanism analysis on the impact of High-tech industrial park´s technical innovation to the change of regional economical growth mode.
