In order to satisfy the need of describing the constructing process of virtual enterprises in project logistics, a system structure of business model is designed using UML-Petri integrated language, and business process view of virtual enterprise´s constructing process is established using UML language and Eriksson-Penker business expansion, which provides partners a platform and makes for better communication between partners, these guarantee that the construction of virtual enterprise can be performed rapidly and efficiently.
