Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a new framework for the performance measurement of service SCM using Fuzzy-AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Also a new service SCM model based on service science in order to reflect the latest views of the service is proposed. Fuzzy-AHP method takes into account realistic situation in applying AHP to performance measurements of SCM. Finally, the proposed framework is applied to hotel industry. This study highlights the importance of service SCM and presents a foundation for future studies.
