With entering the post-taxes and fees era, the new rural construction in our country is under new circumstances as well as facing new challenges. It is a key to succeed for new rural construction at the present to firmly grasp its emphasis and basic principle, positively explore measures to advancing new rural construction on the basis of clarifying current problems about new rural construction.
