Abstract :
We present multilevel hierarchical coding with diagonal and block interleaving scheme applied in a Rayleigh fading channel in which both the capacity rule and block partitioning have been taken into accord. Simulated by computer, the performance of level 3 is more than 1 dB better than no interleaving at two levels at error probability of 10-5. This scheme can use in the diagonally layered space-time architecture
