Abstract
A mathematical model has been built based on an analysis of the cost-benefit of opening-up policy of developing country. Employing this model by economic data of China over the last thirty years, it proves that the benefit of opening-up policy of China economy is much larger than its cost, and its net benefit is growing more rapidly. On these bases, some suggestions have been proposed as to the opening-up policy of China economy in future.
