Abstract :
In the view of co-operative and non-cooperative game perspective, by comparing the income and gains of different organizational modes of agricultural industry chain and its members, this article analyzed the efficiency of the agricultural industry chain and the cooperative efficiency of its member enterprises, and provide the theoretical basis for the improvements of China´s organizational agricultural industry chain model Based on the constructed game model, we concluded that cooperative agricultural industry chain is more efficient than non-cooperative agriculture industry chain, and its efficiency also varies from the degrees of cooperation. Compared with non-cooperative industry chain, the members of cooperative industry chain own more efficiency. However, under the situation of existed company cooperation within the industry chain, the newly ones added in and cooperated with the other members of the industry chain, their cooperation is of no efficiency.
