Communication in project management plays a vital role, the article analyse deeply the factors that affect the project communications management, and quantify the various factors, Future more establish an index system to evaluate the effectiveness of project communication. Besides it introduce BP artificial neural network method to evaluate the effectiveness of project communication. Finally, the research take the Kun-Dian 2 ÷ 300MW thermal power construction projects for example, and carry through Applied analysis based on the establishment of the BP model, so as to make the project run smoothly.
