This paper bases on the data collected from 1978 to 2008, concentrating on long-term moving analysis of the relationship between the human capital and the import-export trade. The analysis result proves a long-term balance relationship between the two and that human capital has strong positive effect on the import-export trade. Through the Granger causality tests and the Impulse response function analysis, we figure out that human capital is the Granger reason for the import-export trade and human capital, if there exists a big positive shock, will promote a long-term persistent increase of the import-export trade. Human capital plays a more and more important role in contribution to the increase of the import-export trade.
