Microfinance as a pioneering effective means of poverty alleviation has been concern and adoption by the world´s growing number of countries and regions. Microfinance has played an active role in China supporting agricultural production, farmers´ income and rural economic development. This paper focused on Microfinance market in Beijing, summarized the institutions and the lending patterns, explored the constraints of the development of Beijing microfinance market, and proposed the advices including that should expand the market supply, promote market-oriented interest rate, improve the risk compensation mechanism and strengthen the credit environment to promote the Beijing microfinance market.
