The knowledge crisis in the global eruption, urges the people to think about the introspection from each aspect, found by the time explains or avoids the effective prescription. But we must pay attention to the knowledge management system. It should be the important link of information chain, because 80% enterprises output knowledge information by FIS This paper through the questionnaire survey get some data about FIS and research some large software companies. The research conclusion tell us that, the knowledge control information credibility the various factor influence, technical factor and the personnel factor is most important, we should construct, enhance the staff occupational ethics, in order to raising the credible level of KMS.
