Abstract :
We show the method for suppression of the variation of the busline intensity in an optical bus system with cascaded PRCM (PhotoRefractive Connection Module) in spite of turning on or off of the reading beam in each PRCM stage. In this analysis, we use the BaTiO/sub 3/ crystal, to take advantage of the large coupling coefficients, as the photorefractive medium, and accordingly, the response time of this crystal is slow, of the order of several seconds.
