Industry isomorphism degree in three provinces of the Northeast China was studied. Similarity coefficient advanced by UNIDO was used to measure three industries structure similar degree in three provinces of the Northeast China. And similar degree of the first industry, industry and the third industry inner structure in three provinces was analyzed. Some conclusions were deduced as follows. The first industry and the third industry of three provinces in the Northeast China were high isomorphism degree. In industry production of electric power, gas and water industry and processing of food from agricultural products industry existed high isomorphism degree. Raw material industry existed low isomorphism. Equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province existed high isomorphism to Heilongjiang province. Equipment manufacturing industry in Jilin province existed low isomorphism to above two provinces.
