Abstract
A CMOS first-generation current conveyor (CCI) is described. The circuit configuration is based on two balanced cross-coupled current mirrors which perform the current conveyance from one input node to the output, providing low offset voltage at the input terminals and wide bandwidth. Experimental results from samples implemented in an n-well CMOS technology multi-project chip are shown
