After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Based on SPSS 16.0, this paper analyzes the price correlation of ten kinds of rare earth oxides from December 2004 to May 2009 and gets the correlation coefficient matrix of these products. The result shows that there are varying degrees of price correlation between most of the rare earth oxides. And this result has practical significance for rare earth enterprises to arrange production activities reasonably and select the appropriate process route.
