    Customer capital as an important component of enterprise Intellectual capital, its running smoothly or not directly affects enterprise Intellectual capital and even the whole enterprise value realization degree. Customer´s capital mainly by the customer relationship and customer knowledge two components, Its own in addition to general attributes of capital as well as its unique properties. Customer capital of operation are mainly embodied in the enterprise with the customer value of exchange process. This process of smooth or not, from the enterprise Intellectual capital perspective, mainly depends on customer relationship quality and its persistent and customer knowledge of use degree. Customer relationship to maintain and use customer knowledge exists between the inherent logic of relations. Customer knowledge is the logical starting point for running customer capital, in the customer capital operation and enterprise value realization plays leverage.
