Abstract :
Currently, Most of Enterprises have to face a competition environment. Hence, they must improve their service process for upgrading competitive ability with others. If enterprise could invent innovative process that they lacks of electronic service process by internet. The enterprise would focus on strategic support application and they could get value for their customer service. The internal work processes of enterprise could be implemented by different electronic service based on the different service requests and each electronic service has specific service process but it had different function and process. Therefore, enterprise must be found service quickly that it will meets users need on the internet. The enterprise could be intergraded new and legacy system and don´t waste on cost and labor cost for developing system. The service process information for the e-service environment is heterogeneous and distributed. In this paper, we will integrate e-service resource and process, then propose a general platform for enterprise that uses Resource Description Framework (RDF), eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and web service. The general platform will provide e-service and process for business process management (BPM) that helps enterprise to reduce cost and enhance its performance.
