The modern logistics system is a huge triune system that includes time, space and cargo, but in the process of building the system, a point can´t be overlooked is the handling the unstructured problems, which the hard systems method does not describe properly. In order to change this situation, the soft systems methodology has been proposed. This approach based on soft systems theory to research the issue will be discussed in this paper.
