In the economic globalization process, FDI and export amount of Shandong is growing rapidly in successive years. Basing on Solow Model and the data from 1984 to 2008 of Shandong province, the paper will give an empirical study on the function of FDI and export to economic growth of Shandong province. The empirical results show that exports and FDI can promote the economic growth, economic growth in turn has boosted exports and FDI growth.
