  • Abstract
    This paper presents a SPICE macromodel, which allows the accurate prediction of charge injection from single-channel MOS analog switches. The macromodel is based on a closed-form solution to the system of differential equations that describe a typical sample-and-hold circuit. Experimental results, applying the developed model are discussed
