This paper introduces characteristics of graduate education of civil engineering discipline in local comprehensive university, explores a set of innovation education training mode suitable for industry development and local universities requirements, to establishe a set of perfect innovation education training plan and feasible implementing measures which dramatically improve the cultivating quality of graduate student and have a positive effect on reforming graduate education method.
