Integrated transportation hub operation company is the main operation entity which is the key to ensure the sustainable operation of transportation hub. Based on the successful benchmarking of the integrated transportation hub operation companies at home and abroad, and combined with the actual situation in Tianjin Railway Station, this paper designed the operation company organization of the integrated transportation hub of Tianjin Railway Station based on life-cycle theory and then provided some suggestion for the building and operation of Tianjin integrated transportation hub.
