Abstract :
This study adopts the CCR-BCC DEA method to estimate the agricultural efficiency of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as an example of ethnic minority area. Results show that among 18 counties in Ganzi, china, except of one, the other counties present greater pure technical efficiency of agricultural values than that of allocative efficiency, that the production inefficiency in Ganzi is mainly subject to the scale inefficiency effects; further SLACK ANALYSIS optimizes production input-output and comes up with corresponding excessive quantity for reduction, which is seen the way to improve the agricultural counties.
