            Abstract : 
A novel variable-bandwidth filter which fulfils requirements for mobile radio receiver applications is proposed. The proposed filter combines a switched-capacitor filter (SCF) and a MOSFET-C filter, providing the variable-bandwidth feature without a conventional pre- and post-filter. This filter also has low-noise and wide-dynamic-range characteristics. The design method, frequency characteristics, and feasibility of mobile radio receiver applications are presented
