This article features measuring of individual charictristics of entrepreneurship amoung the owners of industry. It is believed that entrepreneurs have unique characteristics such as independence, craving success, focusing on internal lucas, willingness to accept ambiguity, Futurism, and more of this kinds of features but the community of them is not visible in general public. What the writer of this article is about to answer is whether the industry owners who are now the creator and owner of companies and industries have these individual features or without these characteristics (only because of environmental protection) tend to run different economic agencies and industries regardless of these charectristics. The group study in this research includes all owners of different industrial agnecies in Firouzkooh city that at the time of the research were active. To determine the statistical sample size Morgan Table has been referred to and the statistical sample were selected randomly, data collection method in this research was based on questionnaire. the researcher-made questionnaire has confirmed that the research has jugmental reliability, and to confirm the validity Cronbach´s Alpha coefficient was used. To answer the questions Wilcoxon non-parametric method is used, the results of data analysis has shown that the study group lacks some features of an individual entrepreneurs.
