Any project is attached with risks, and same case with construction projects, whose risk is rather complicated. Finding out the risk factors of construction project is of great realistic significance and scientific value for scientific risk evaluation and accomplishment of construction project. Fuzzy mathematics theory for solving risk evaluation is put forward based on the complexity and nonlinearity of risk factors in construction project. Fuzzy mathematics theory is applied to evaluate construction project risk, which is to quantify the construction project with self fussiness by mathematics method. The index system for construction project risk evaluation is build through comprehensive survey and data analysis of construction project. Scale Extending is applied to fix the relative weight for the evaluation indexes, with help of mathematic model for construction project risk evaluation built by fuzzy mathematics theory to work out evaluation example and evaluation process.
