Abstract :
The adaptive LMS transversal filter with controlled-length for an echo canceller, used in full-duplex two-wire digital transmission on digital subscriber loops, is presented. The theoretical analysis and; simulation; results show that the two-stage method and the controlled-length filter accelerate the convergence speed of the echo canceller
