Many Industrial clusters have emerged as result of China´s economic development. The industry of automobile and spare parts in Liuzhou has begun to show some clustering features after 20 years of rapid development. This paper analyses the relationship between the industrial park and industrial cluster in the development of automobile in Liuzhou. It suggests some ways to enhance Liuzhou´s competitive advantage in automobile industry by relying on industrial park. It also proposes some suggestions for the strategic development of Liuzhou automobile industry cluster based on industrial park.1
