Abstract :
Preprocessing method of personalized need for instant customerization is proposed. Method about quantization tolerance relation and average normalization is used to deal with personalized need information. Fuzzy C-value cluster method is used to cluster personalized need information. Grey prediction theory is used to predict the need trend of client base. Detection method of position conflict for customer order decoupling point (CODP) in instant customerization is proposed based on fuzzy constraint theory. Constraints set of CODP position is expressed using fuzzy constraint and fuzzy constraint net is constructed. Fuzzy constraint satisfaction problems are decomposed into common constraint satisfaction problems. Interval propagation algorithm is used to resolve constraint net. Resolution method of position conflict for CODP in instant customerization is proposed based on game theory. Conflict negotiation goal is set up using value-engineering method and the model with multi-goal cooperative games is set up. Conflict negotiation model is set up according to the solution of cooperative games model. Bayesian decision method is used to determine concessive value and conflict is negotiated based on adjustment of satisfaction degree.
