Abstract :
For solving the selection problem of residence place, it is necessary to develop an evaluation model of environment livability. This paper aims to establish a new evaluation model of environment livability involving the dependence of influent criterions. We implement three-stage investigations of experts´ questionnaire. In the first stage, the Modified Dephi method is used to determine the influent criterions for evaluating the environment livability. In the second stage, the Analytic Network Process (ANP), a multi-attribute decision-making technique, is applied to develop an evaluation model of environment livability. Because the ANP can deal with all kinds of dependence systematically, it is effective to the issue. The results of this paper, a new evaluation model of environment livability including five dimensions of safety, health, convenience, comfort, and Socio-economic are proposed and presented. The findings can supply a reference to the inhabitant facing the threat of natural disasters for prevention of disaster and sustainable subsistence.
