Abstract :
In this communication we present a differential current controlled current scalor designed in a 0.18u CMOS technology and study the influence of its nonideal behavior on the scaling properties. The scalor exhibits very good stability with temperature, high linearity, bandwidths and dynamic range. Several examples for the scaling property are presented.
