The advent of knowledge-based economy makes various social changes. The accounting, which produced for the need of production and management, appears much inadaptation under the new environment. This is a challenge, but even more an opportunity for development. The article begins to analysis the essence of knowledge-based economy, and Combines with original theory and the future of situation, puts forward several opinions on the future improvement of accounting.
