Many incentive schemes are adopted by the life-insurance company to encourage life insurance sales staffs to stimulate their potential, to improve performance and in order to improve the core competitiveness of the life-insurance company. The satisfaction of incentive schemes has become the research core in this article. The pattern of questionnaire is adopted in the research to collect the firsthand information, which is specific to the incentive schemes of different companies, and the questionnaire is designed according to the status quo of life insurance sales staffs and the basic incentive schemes usually used in life-insurance company. The incentive factors are classified by applying SPSS12.0 statistical software in order to find the variables used to measure the satisfaction, to make regression analysis of overall satisfaction, to list the equation model and accordingly to put forward the suggestions of optimizing the incentive schemes of life insurance agents.
