Abstract :
We design a database VFGO which is use Visual FoxPro programming language. The VFGO includes four relational tables that were changed from Gene Ontology (GO) files. The VFGO also includes the changing programs and database application programs. Users can do their exploratory data analysis by accessing the VFGO tables immediately. For the users who do not know any command of Visual FoxPro, They may use the application programs to do their research. By our experiment, the VFGO is suit for using Visual FoxPro to mine GO data.
