Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The theory background of all kinds of economics evaluation methodology of agricultural environmental effect were analyzed in this article. According to the data collecting ways, All kinds of evaluation methodology were classified direct evaluation methods and indirect evaluation methods, their advantage and disadvantage were talked about. At the end of this article a conclusion can be drawn: all kinds of evaluation methods has advantage and disadvantage, they can be used at the same time and proved each other.
