Abstract :
Based on mass-spring system and pressure model, we firstly present an eyeball model, which is made up of three submodels, to simulate the deformation of cornea in laser thermokeratoplasty. The results show that the shape of the simulated cornea is pretty nearly the same as that of the real one after surgery. Also a control engine of photocoagulation spots is introduced to simulate the loading of the cornea. And after using the verlet integral method and a real time volume calculation technique, we get fast and stable algorithms.
