Abstract
This paper established the evaluation index system of the level of regional coordinated development, and then estimated the level of coordinated development of four regions of Henan province. Simultaneously, it used the DEA methodology to study the comprehensive efficiency and determinants of coordinated development of four regions of Henan province considering environmental factors. The results showed that the level of regional coordinated development of four regions of Henan province improved significantly, but obvious regional differences existed, the average level of city group of central China, west Henan and southwest Henan were highest, then were Huang-Huai Region. Considering environmental factors, the comprehensive efficiency of each region was low, the efficiency of city group of central China was the highest, however, every region is inefficient.
