Abstract
Constructed by the authors, the neural expert system applied to diagnostics is presented. The system consists of a rule expert system and a neural expert system, based on a three layer backpropagation neural network. It is used to diagnose a radar set. To code the knowledge, a suitable representation language is proposed. As an example, network learning results for selected rules are presented
