Abstract :
The word called “Daily Management” was born in 1957 at the stage that developed from Deming Cycle to the Management Cycle in 1950´s. Daily Management cycle (SDCA) is the most fundamental activity of Business Management. However, Strengthened of the Daily Management should be also emphasized in order to be resolved challengeable business problems by Policy Management cycle (PDCA). In this report, we would like to propose how to grasp Daily Management level and mention how to promote Daily Management activity in the industrial safety that the number of accidents doesn´t decrease at all in Japan.
