Abstract
Some aspects of difference algorithm applications to compute electrodynamics structures with arbitrary multiply-connected cross-section and longitudinal uniformity are discussed in the present paper. The discussion is concerned mainly with implementation of an effective difference schema by developed program codes to employ it on single- and two-processor computer platforms. Such an approach offers preferable accuracy with moderate requirements to computer resources. Some numerical results for a reference problem like a coaxial line and complex ones involving an elliptical transmission line and a directional coupler based on it are shown.
