Abstract :
In this paper, detailed investigations have been carried out through computer simulations on the reflection and transmission properties, at the centre frequency of 10 GHz, of a 3 dB Wilkinson power divider and a quadrature hybrid both in microstrip form on a 0.1 mm GaAs substrate. The simulations have been performed using simulators based on MoM (method of moments) and FDTD (finite-difference time-domain) techniques.
