Aiming at problems that Chinese Universities lack of internal self-restraint mechanism and a complete, institutionalized and standardization internal quality assurance system, a all-directional, multi-dimensional Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation System is established in this paper. Support vector machine (SVM) is used to evaluate undergraduate majors teaching level in the paper. According to training sample, a model is obtained and then a undergraduate teaching level evaluation method is established. Experimental results show that the evaluation method proposed in the paper has a better performance in accuracy and speed than other conventional methods, and can improve rationality and scientific of undergraduate teaching level evaluation.
