Abstract :
The ionic liquid has ionic property and property in inner structure. As an important test method for nano materials, SAXS had been widely used and drafted ISO/TS 13762:2001 particle size analysis-small angle X-ray scattering method, and GB/T 13221:2004 nanometer powder-determination of particle size distribution--small angle X-ray scattering method. In this paper, the structure of ionic liquid was characterized by SAXS analytical method using dividing distribution function method, DDF. It was expected that this SAXS analytical method may be extended to the analyze of nanostructures of other kinds of ionic liquid.
