Abstract :
The work admission policy which is suited for partial grid system is proposed in this paper. The strategy reserves resources for the general grid work from VIP user, as well as providing preemptive priority for general grid work to take up the service resources from best-effort work. The simulation results show that this strategy can qualify the work service for the general work from VIP user adequately when the work service quality of the general work from non-VIP user and best-effort work are least affected. At the same time, the number of reservation resource can be automatically adjusted due to the proportion between the intensity of general work and the best-effort work .
