City integrated transportation Hub is quasi-commercial project with a great positive externality. It´s hard to guarantee the normal operation of the transportation hub through relying on income produced by market mechanism, so a reasonable government subsidy mechanism is necessary. This paper took an analysis on the transportation hub externality based on externality theory and finally the external income mechanism of the transportation hub which depended on the government subsidy was built that can offer a reliable basis for decision-makers and guarantee the city integrated transportation hub to operate smoothly.
