Abstract
As finding and purchasing travel and tourism product through travel agency´s website has become general practice in the market place, travel agencies exert themselves to improve quality of web site to attract maximum consumer satisfaction which has direct influence on market competitiveness. In developing quality evaluation model, this research focused on functional aspects as well as technical aspects of website and conducted empirical research on what and how the combined attributes affect agency´s website quality to suggest travel agency effective ways of constructing, operating and marketing website.
